This screening test will help you identify purchase executives who can procure locally sourced materials and services, executing a complete procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle. Candidates who do well on this test will have 1-2 years of experience in procurement, and be able to plan sourcing, place orders, arrange logistics, and handle various commercial issues. 

Successful candidates will be able to understand price escalations and benchmark prices along various suppliers. They will be capable of assisting the strategic sourcing department in supplier onboarding.

In addition, successful candidates will be capable of sourcing materials from overseas suppliers, having knowledge of international trade and logistics, shipping, letters of credit, and Incoterms®.
